Description

Canberra Town Planning have experience in preparing environmental assessments and obtaining approvals under Commonwealth and ACT legislation including:

  • Environmental significance opinions (ESO)
  • Section 211 Exemptions
  • Environmental Impact Studies (EIS)
  • Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) referrals
     

We can advise on environmental approval pathways, prepare planning reports and assist with administering environmental approval application processes.
